If one is being kept awake by shagging creatures of the night, is it legally/morally acceptable to lob a brick at them?

Is this someone you share a bed with?

I had to re-read that before I realised it said "brick".

I read the title of this thread yesterday and thought about the odd time I have seen a fox or one has jumped into the hedge upon my approach - but couldn't remember the last time.
Then blow me down when this morning within 1 mile of home a big fox was in the middle of the lane - just looking at me as I approached.  He turned around and ran away before eventually hedge diving into a field.

I often think it's such a shame that foxes pong so much. They would make beautiful pets as they are eminently tameable as they are of course a type of dog.

I met a woman at a Community Fair a few years ago who had her pet fox on a lead accompanying her.

The problem here is that they are usually in Mr Patel's back yard rather than mine, and are thus out of range.

Worried about the smell, take a vixen for a pet.
 Smell less and are smaller.
I could dig you out one if you wished...

Our chickens might object but thanks for the offer :)
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.
