Title: Dillo browser and Photobucket
Post by: hubner on 26 January, 2020, 11:19:12 am
Has anyone used Dillo browser?

It's extremely fast, simple web pages load instantly, more complex ones might take 1 or 2 seconds. But pages are not displayed as intended, it's only really good for displaying texts and images.

One weird thing is Photobucket pics are not blurred, when on other browsers they are.

And that's on a 10 year old Samsung netbook running Ubuntu Mate.

Dillo hasn't had a release since 2015, and the last major release, 3.0, was 2011: https://hg.dillo.org/dillo/raw-file/default/ChangeLog

The photobucket images are probably not simple <img> links, they probably require the browser to interpret modern javascript/html properly.
