Unless you're going for 6 months it also won't be an issue.... ;)

  • Use GF's razor :demon:
  • Buy blades or disposable razors at the airport or destination.
  • Find a 24-hour supermarket tonight.

ps. Have a nice hol.

Maybe not as hand luggage, but you could shove them in a pocket of your suitcase.  Or just buy them at your destination.

They would have to go into your hold luggage, as razors can't be carried in hand luggage.

This.

They do shave in forrin parts, you know.  It's not all stone tools and boys with tweezers.

Unless you're going to Svalbard, in which case the beard will be useful insulation.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Alternatively you can use thread to remove hair. It's what I do.

Get a piece of thread, tie in it in loop, put a few twists in it so it looks like a figure 8, put your fingers in the loops, and alternate them opening and closing, if you hold the twisted bit against your skin, it pulls out the hairs.
Hard to explain, but it works.

Disposable razors are fine in hand luggage

For feck sake.... you're going to Malta - not the middle of the Borneo jungle... ::-)

Just go to a supermarket or a chemists when you're there.

The Maltese all speak English (probably better than most Brits) so no problem with explaining what you want.

You'll find a better selection of duble edged blades in Malta than here.  Turkish Derby's are very easy to find.

And very good.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.
