Windows 7 laptop choice

Son number 1 has now started work (hooray!) and needs a laptop with reasonable performance.  I think a 13-14" would be OK as if serious drawing work was needed I would expect it to be connected to an external monitor.  I use a 12.1" and it is acceptable.  Windows 7 would be preferred but these are hens teeth.

Found these which look OK - does the team have any thoughts?

I've not bought anything from this firm, so I've no idea what they are like, but the laptop looks good for the money.
