There's a bonny cat who lives opposite who spends most of his time in the bedroom window watching what we're up to, I don't think he goes out but today he was on the bog.

Sorry for the blurry pic but I was in my dressing gown and hadn't had a brew.

Such a shame Noodley, especially considering his young age.  :'(

One of my sisters cats, Champion Champagne Bubbles Adfursh (aka Bubbles), who looks like she's had a heavy night. ;D
Actually, it is rocket science.

Both her cats are pretty big.  Marmaduke is bigger than her, but Bubbles is "stouter".  They're indoors only cats, so don't really get as much exercise as they should, and probably get more treats than they should.

That is a great photo Tim and quite a "cuddly" cat.

I went and took a pic of my "cuddly" cat as he was only in the next room.

He's big boned, with thick fur and a big belly.

Nope, not quite, they're both Blue British Shorthairs, which are quite "chunky" cats.

And is clearly overcome by the fragrance of gently cooking cyclists gloves  ;D

That belly is just asking for a rub....
Do not clench. It only makes it worse.

Grasshopper, when you can rub the kitteh belly and retrieve your hand unscathed, then it is time to leave.

His first trip out ever. I don't think he'll be pining to go out again for a while!

Cats in snow can be funny, my parents cat would wait until she was near exploding, and then carefully walk up the garden, putting her rear paws in the same holes that her front paws had made, so as to minimise contact with the cold white stuff.  She'd pretty much follow the same footprints back down the garden on her return from her "ablutions".

Talisker's cat flap was snowed in last year:

and he was decidedly unimpressed with the snow.

We haven't had so much snow dumped on us this year (so far), but he's avoided going out regardless!

Mmm

We have a litter tray for Small Cat, who is pretty-much an indoors cat, and Big Cat has always made his own arrangements, involving shrubberies

BC was very ill last year and we gave him his own tray for a while, but once he was better he started going outside again. but the combination of he Landlord's gardener cutting back all the bushes in the back garden and the cold weather has seen him quide liderally squatting in his sister's litter tray

Since he does much smellier poos and wees than she does, this is Not Good.

I saw an ace snow cat today, standing next to her snowman owner.  With a pink collar and everything :)

I'd have taken a photo but the camera had died in the cold.  Maybe tomorrow...

Some of Bertie's snow adventures. He's not too keen either, and could only be persuded out futher than the nearest convenient bush with some coaxing from me.
