Someone needs to warn "Gavin" before he gets in any deeper.

There are actually people over on the PBP threads who think that riding with the Essex massive is a desirable thing

I am not going to make it this week, I will be sanding walls and filling holes

I do plan on heading up to Wally's Café for a 'Fasting' ride early on Saturday if anyone is interested. Planning to leave home around 6 - 6:30 and will get up there as swiftly as my fat burning capabilities allow me to!

Anyone interested in coming along?

last time I did it I was on the commuter and it was 4 hours riding and Carlosfandango and I had a leisurely breakfast. I would say leaving between 6 and 6:30 on the Trek I reckon sometime between 10 and 11 for the return.

I will have to put the hammer down on the Genesis as the Trek is still being fixed with bits of cable tie, duck tape and fairy dust or whatever it is that you lot seem to replace bottom brackets with.

Were it not for that I am sure that my average speed would be lightning quick

or worse have to get the team car to bring a bike up to you in Boston
