I've just started using that Alpecin shampoo having noted they have their own TdF team and seen all those wonderfully acted telly commercials. I reckon once I've used it for a week or two I'll beat the lot of you - even astride Fred!

Yes I thought it was best to give it a swerve on the return but of course anyone that would like to opt for that route is more than welcome! Probably best Carlos doesn't just in case........  :o

I will try to get to Spa again and if not I will intercept.

The barmaid at the yacht club mentioned the Queen's Head (arms ?) at Tolleshunt D'Arcy when we were in there a couple of weeks ago.  She seemed to think they were keeping a number of ales.  Could be worth a diversion at some point.
