Hopefully Leather Bottle, Blackmore, coz that's where my route takes me and have planned the western peloton arrangements around that.

That works for me. Anyone got any objections?

It's a bit far isn't it??

You put it in the planner!

I won't be riding to Blackmore on Wednesday.  Anyone that is going may want to look in to booking a table at the gastro pub that is the Leather Bottle, just sayin'.

Perhaps we should go to the Spiritual Home instead. Could be my last chance in many a month.

Depends where you live.

It's a 70 mile round trip for me.

Perhaps I should become an estate agent selling truly Mid-Essex homes to the discerning cyclist.

Are we confirming the Compasses? I need to organise the Western Posse with a new route and rendez-vous points.

It makes no odds to me really.  I can train or car assist as necessary to take my weary old bones back offshore.

Well given that was the conclusion last Wed, why do you think I said "There was talk...." when I questioned Leather Bottle

So - Spiritual Home tomorrow then.... Our ACME Landlord will be happy - he needs some help to buy the new bike when he decides on what he wants!  ;D

I'll probably opt for the romantic meal option.... might not be staying all night though.

Joergen

I think poor Jiber might be playing third wheel again  :(

My medical practitioner of choice has just diagnosed me with a case of CBA.

I will try to make the 24th for the big send off.

Maldon Beer Festival is in the calendar, but given the propensity for the destination to change, it could be anywhere  :)

I dont mind where I go as long as I can get food there at a reasonable time and it's not to far home (cold forecast for Wed).

Maldon Beer fest was the destination - I'm still happy with that ('spoons for romantic tea ??)

I won't be out tomorrow evening - I have a busy day on Thursday and could do with the extra evening for Woodman preparation.
