I seem to have hurt my ankle, not sure how. I’ll see how it goes.

Whither Wednesday? East and West venues again? The easy options make sense given the ongoing 'Unfortunate Situation'.

At least after today the weather seems to be settling down and drying out, though with the Wilkyboy Autumnal events coming up this weekend ...

Is anyone else up for some EER action ?

I will suggest a suitable venue appropriate for those who want to come.

Excellent.

You and I are adventurous and athletic and can go anwywhere in the EER region.  We will see who can join us and triangulate a geographically-appropriate venue for the more timid and lazy.

I have "eermarked" the following venues:

Olde Albion Rowhedge (EER's spiritual home)
Black Buoy Wivenhoe
Chequers Great Tey
Odd One Out
Layer Fox
Donkey & Buskins
Sun Feering
Maltsters Heybridge
Swan Totham
Bell Totham
Chequers Golhanger
King's Head Tollesbury
Queen's Head D'Arcy
Yacht Club
Chapel Coggeshall
Swan Chappel

The pleasure of pain endured
To purify our misfit ways

Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!

So for those out this way, a possible venue might be back to the Spiritual Home in the West?

Yep - though not sure I can spend as much as I did last Wed, one of those rounds was £18!

We're dooooomed:

Covid-19: Why is Essex County Council pleading for tighter restrictions?

It's a worry.

Don't worry, tighter restrictions won't be imposed until it's too late.%uD83D%uDE01

Interesting in the map yesterday it was Tendring DC (Costa-del-Essex) area which was the highest in the County, I just checked today's map and now there are a lot more districts of Essex at the same 50-99/100,000 persons.

"It is thought Essex is the only local authority in England to have requested tighter restrictions." is wrong, Middlesbrough requested tighter restrictions around 29 Sept, then the mayor decided to tell people he couldn't support them after they were imposed!  https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tees-54370262

There was 5 of us but I don't think it was 5 pints of Sanwald, I think we might need to rethink our approach to beer purchasing because it's too easy to get carried away with the spend when it's cards only - never used to happen when BB was in charge of the ordering!

I'm a definite possible for tomorrow.
Not sure what the TLAs are all about, but suspect I would be EER.
