I noticed that my home suburb, spelt backwards, could be in Wales.

A very nice young lady has just knocked on my bedroom door, asked if she could make the room ready for night and she's given me some rather nice chocolate

I should add that I'm staying in a hotel  ;)

Finally tracked down my Whitbread shares I earned working for them 15 years ago.

Last count I had 63 but at £13 each that's not too shabby.

And that should pay for most of my next OU course: MST209 (including the week long MSXR209 residential course in Nottingham - plots appropriate DIY 200).

I have had premium bonds for more than 50 years. I've never won anything.

I have had premium bonds for more than 50 years. I've never won anything.

The minimum prize is £25 and the prize fund is an equivalent annual interest rate of 1.50% (now, but it's varied in the past).

£25 at 1.50% compound interest for 50 years is £52.625, so with £25 you'd, on average1, win every 50 years.

If you have any more invested then you've just been unlucky.

My £5 I've had since birth has won nothing.

1. On average of course...

In SE21 and also learned that one if the teachers is taking the instructor course atm. Quite a few of the teachers and kids cycle to school already. There is plenty Sheffield stands too and they have sweet talked TfL out of some money to sponsor this. Kids are very good and well behaved too.

Can we have more schools like this please

I am working from home wrapped up in merino wool and a warm plumply.  :D

But, Woolly is not here, and my stress-related eczema has come back. These may be related. :(
