Second fastest TT Evah!

For me that is :)

24:37 for 10 miles, second only to the 23:56 I did in 1989. Clearly all the speed training on the turbo (enforced by the broken hand in January) is paying off. I need to get the miles in now though as my main target is the club 12h record.

Nice one. I did 3 hours on the TT bike yesterday. Fastest 40km I have ever done which was great. Especially as I was staying below 135HR!

Off to Switzerland in 3 weeks so putting power efforts in at the moment.

Wow!

That's pretty humbling - I was basking in the glory of setting a PB on my 10 mile lunchtime loop of 34 minutes. I think I need to try harder!

Well done.   I've spent the last couple of years bettering PBs I set in my late teens.    Very satisfying.

It's  "only" 240 miles so on a good day on a fast course I have a chance.  ;D
