No but......I just added a 12 foot trampoline on Sunday!

Oh God.  Can you dismantle and hide it before Oaky arrives?

OK - will head for the Live and Let Live, unless I get to the station in time to tag along with the Peloton to tippers towers.
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Disappointed not to join you ACME folks on tonight's ride as I am on dog sitting duty. Did spot a chap in ACME jersey with 2 lasses through Wormingford whilst riding home from work on the couch potato bike. I guess they could be on their way to meet you lot of real ale guzzlers.

Well, it is official.  An electric bike will give you piles

I'm just thankful that the GP didn't need to

chief, you may have heard about my Healing Hands TM.  Ordinarily I'd only be too happy to help a friend in need.  In your case, with this specific problem I'm not, you're on your own - sorry.

I appreciate the forthright and honest appraisal of the situation OD

On the plus side already it seems to be retreating as quickly as it came on

Doctor has banned me from cycling for a while though  :(

Yes, thanks for organising yet another enjoyable trip to the velodrome Huggy.

Interesting that virtually everybody improved their times. Seems as though a single lap before the flyer was sufficient, plus our experience is improving and no doubt many more miles have been ridden since April.

There were plenty of excuses being banded before the flying laps from those who managed a quicker time. Surely you could fallback on one of them ... lack of riding recently, equipment failure, take your pick :-)

Next week...Nick H of Blackmore Cycling Apparel is intending joining us to show samples of winter kit - I suggest we pick a Chelmo-friendly venue: I nominate the Hurdlemakers, Woodham Mortimer; any other opinions?

I'll always vote for a visit to The Cats, I'm sure Wally won't mind us erecting a cat walk for Nick to strut up and down.  Perhaps Wally can accompany proceedings by playing tunz on his organ?
