I'll nick that baton transfer pic for the baton thread.

Who's got the one of the transfer from Salvatore to me ?

IIRC Clare should have it. Looks like she's not yet found this thread  ;)

Aye 'tis me. Piccies currently still in camera, will try to download everything tomorrow.

Ouch, that was clearly quite hot.

Can't you just get a tattooist to use it as a guide? ;D

My bruising is fading, and I reckon it'll be gone in a few days, even if not strictly generated using the traditional method of hitting your arm very hard.
Actually, it is rocket science.

The lie of the land:

Storming the castle Monmouth:

Sunrise:

The way to the pub:

The faithful following the way:

Past the mill stream:

Approaching beervana:

Here's a llama:

Gathering around the TV for the highlights from Charlotte's camera:

The second handover went almost as smoothly as the first:

I really don't know what was going on here but I think a young mind may have become warped:

Finally, the following three photos show why it is a good idea not to stand near me when I have ownership of the Lewis family D90 and a fisheye lens:

What a grand weekend.

Mal Volio's 'shed in a shed'

I asked Mr. Volio if that was where he had to sleep when he was "Wrong".  ;D

I noticed the shed within a shed when I went for my first day mini wander.  I liked it a lot.

I too am intrigued about whether that is where Mal is banished to when he's wrong ;)

The old bridge from Almondsbury

Nice view.  By the time I got to that point, I didn't think about turning around and looking across to the bridge.  I was too busy regaining my breath. ;D

Farewell to Volio Towers.

That's a great photo. You have no real sense that there's a whole hidden valley between where the photo was taken from and our house.
