Let me put your minds at rest Folks/Ladies/Gents/Others , it is not a 'spoons , but if 'spoons were offering free beer I would be prepared to go there.

More's the point,  anyone guess what the writing says, on the piece of card, strapped to the spokes of the uppermost wheel? I can't zoom in close enough, but I expect some clever basta individual can.

I have enhanced 34 to 46 and can just about make out 26 x 1 3/4
I think it is a price/description label
