We have our office Christmas meal in January to avoid the crowds, so we are having a buffet tomorrow. Everyone is bringing something in.
I'm taking Cashel Blue, Blacksticks Blue, Applewoods Smoked Cheddar and some Welsh Saval. I've also got some Cheshire Pastrami , Couscous with roasted veg and Tabbouleh.
Only problem is we are not allowed alcohol on the premises, so no wine
