My experience with road tubeless tires - not for commuting but general riding - is that
- Schwalbe G1 Speed 30mm are great tyres, grippy, fast comfortable but don't last
- Schwalbe One (older compound) are ok, very fast
- Schwalbe One (Addix compound) are pretty good all round for grip/speed but seem to last forever
- Specialized 2Bliss (geddit??) Roubaix 30mm are a bit heavy but a nice winter tyre
- Hutchinson are ungreat, prone to sidewall damage, slow
- Continental GP 5000 are absolutely the fastest. Did get a nasty sidewalk rip after not much km-age but that could be a coincidence
So for commuting I'd say get the Schwalbe Ones with Addix compound
