Russett, then Cox. Coxes that have been stored and have that slightly wrinkled skin taste best*.

I have always had a taste for Cox but recently have found myself salivating over a Pink Pearl.
Something of a surprise to both me and Mrs H.

Granny Smith.
I like crispy apples.
They're the only ones I buy, on the rare occasions that I buy apples.
I usually nom grapes.

I don't know what variety of apple I picked today, but the apple was small, red and slightly raspberry flavoured, not too sweet but certainly not sour. A forgotten old tree growing at the side of a field.
