Title: Lezyne Mega XL gps computer
Post by: Socks on 16 February, 2019, 01:34:05 pm
I'm thinking about a new computer for my upcoming birthday.  This https://road.cc/content/review/251364-lezyne-mega-xl-gps-computer (https://road.cc/content/review/251364-lezyne-mega-xl-gps-computer)  looks like it solves the potential issue of battery life (to cope with full value rides as a result of my ageing legs) and usability (for my ageing eyes).  Before I start lobbying the current Mrs Socks, has anyone experience of using this computer?

A little bit of a belated response, but my experience with it was the hardware seemed top-notch but I could not, for the life of me, get it to load a route.

I tried two different units with an iphone and two different versions of android and I couldn't be confident that it would load a route at the start line.

Took it back and got a Wahoo Bolt. The app experience is like night and day.

Thanks durandal  -  in the meantime I've been looking at various reviews, looks like element bolt is my best option.
