She's definitely more a small cat than a kitten now, but still fairly stupid! She can easily fall off things, and doesn't always remember not to have her claws on full four paw drive (ouch!) I've got half a dozen scratches on my hands from her having minor panics when I pick her up, although she's generally getting better at that.

Kai is getting a little rotund, so I think I'm definitely going to have to slowly reduce his food a bit. He does have a sneaky habit of nicking Zev's food, although that's mainly a problem with the dry food I leave out for her, which he'll happily scoff the entire bowl of. She's much less fussy about food than him, so he often doesn't fancy her food much, and won't touch it!

Kai has been de-naded, since he could be more than a little smelly! Zev's too young yet. She'll probably go under the knife around the end of November, start of December, when she's approximately 6 months old.

Hector is still a tomcat (he's about 3-4 months old and has - literally - doubled in size over the last three weeks) but, from the way he sometimes curls his tail right over his back, I suspect he will start spraying soon and then he'll be booked in. Otherwise we'll get him done when he's six months old or if he tries to hump Boo.

Guess whos just caught his first mouse?

It ran in through the open door. Frankie saw it, ran at it and within about 10 secs it was dead and being carried outside where he decided to spend an age throwing it about.

I think she's doubled in size since returning (the neighbours over-fed her while we were away), but she's slimmer than before she vanished, and the vet approves (and would like her to lose a few more hundred grams).

Not the best shots in the world of Zev, but at least they're mostly in focus. Trying to take a photo of a black cat against a chocolate coloured sofa, in a poorly lit room, it was challenging to focus the camera, the auto-focus refused to work at all.

Unusually, I've let her into the living room this evening. She'll often scarper under the sofa, where it's pretty much impossible to get to her, and even Kai can't fit, so I can't use him to herd her out!
