On a few forums and on Strava. Nowt more other than a few web apps I’ve written.

Do you have to use your real identity on social media?

In my mind anonymous forums don't count as social media, so to answer the question, no I don't use any social media.

I started to use facebook for the local pages - we have very good road watch pages in this area.
They were critically important during the "Beast from the East" and storm Arwen (but no use when the electric, internet and mobile mast are all off for a week or more).
We don't have a local radio service fit for purpose.

Also a lot of sports clubs now use fb as their main means of communication.
Same with Local History, Wildlife, Audax groups etc
Local cafes use fb to show current opening times. Our GP practice puts stuff on fb.
I only ever look at my notifications, from pages I have chosen, never bother with the other stuff.
Just had a quick look at my notifications and yes - sports I'm involved with, local pages, wildlife and charities.

Forums - much the same spread of interest

Never been interested in Twitter etc.
