Reminds me of the incident in which a horde of Fish & Wildlife types in USAnia assembled trank guns, humane traps and dog alone knows what else to rescue a BEAR stuck up a tree, only to discover after a Several of hours that they'd rushed in mob-handed to the aid of a bin bag.

The boulder in question actually was removed very quickly, trundled into Boulder Creek by a bulldozer within 24 hours of the incident.

Anyone remember the fuel protests about 20 years or so ago? and all the Brits were panic buying petrol, and storing it in what ever they could find, including various containers that were dissolved by the Petrol itself?
