.zoom.co.uk email help

for many years (since the early days of dial-up) we've had a .zoom.co.uk email account that we accessed using POP3, even though they introduced a whizzy webmail interface.  Last night it stopped working, and it looks as if the account has been suspended/closed.

I dunno who to contact because I can't log into their site to get the contact details.   Or why it would have been closed.  Any ideas ?

but no answer was the reply to that number.  I wonder if they've gone bust.

The alternative is no problem - I'd been trying to get Mrs MV to migrate her email to a domain we bought (to be honest I was half expecting zoom to fall over), and I've just used that with a gmail account.  It's just the PITA of losing messages that we haven't read, and having to tell everyone all in one go.

Oh well.
