I exercise to improve my performance as a climber and mountaineer.
I currently cycle 1 hour each way on my commute. I do 1 hour of weights when I arrive at work (3 day split with a 2 day abdominal split). After the gym and before I start work I have my main meal of the day. Is this the best way of doing things or should I visit the gym after work rather than before? What are the best leg exercises to supplement the cycling?
