claimed weight for the SV18 is 105g.

Michelin's similarly sized A2 tube is claimed to be 125g.

cheers

Vittoria Ultralite 30/38 weigh 122g on my kitchen scales (Without cap & nut)
So, they don't win on weight, but they are cheap and seem OK - I've been using since last Nov.
I have the next size down 25/28 in a tyre that's meant to be 32mm but actually measures 30, that's also been in there a while but on a less used wheel, claimed weight is 85g.
These are standard butyl tubes and don't need much attention.  I've seen lighter latex ones, though I've heard they need topping up more often.

I was going to say, if the goal is easier cycling, latex would be the better choice even if it weighs more (and it might not). Vittoria and Challenge make them in suitable sizes. There may be others. A pair of these would reduce power at cruise by somewhere in the 3 W range. Lower weight, on the other hand, would make an undetectable difference to performance although it might make the front wheel feel a bit different when steered.

Latex tubes are expensive and a nuisance to use, though.
