Well I assume the oxygen content might affect the taste of tea, but I question whether anyone should be keeping fish in a kettle
Quite right about reboiled water - it is due to the oxygen content. If you like grey muddy tea then boil the heck out of it but bright chestnutty flavoursome tea should be made with freshly crafted H20 that has barely had chance to vent it's steam.
