FTP Client Recommendations

Hi,

I'm looking for an SFTP client to run on Windows and transfer files to and from various unix boxes.

I used to use Smart FTP but it's no longer free for non-commercial users. I've tried FileZilla but the performance is abysmal on my XP laptop. I've just tried FireFTP pluggin for  FireFox and it was displaying me a long list of folders in my home directory without any names, and it just got bigger every time I selected one.

I'd just stick with the command line FTP but I would prefer drag and drop, as dealing with the long paths is just too much when I'm suffering with RSI.
