Poor Tiddler

There is a cat in our 'hood who was once tiny and very bold as a kitten. He'd come into our kitchen to steal Peggy's and Gizzy's food, we had to scutch him out but he kept coming back. He looks like Hitler. As he grew older he learned a thing or two and now just trades filthy looks with our two, we still call him Tiddler. This evening I found him curled up under one of our bushes, I tried to make him move but he wasn't interested. He just lay his head down on the ground again. I think he is unwell. We don't know where he lives. After an hour and a half we called the RSPCA to ask what we should do. By the time they called back he'd gone, I hope he sloped off home and his owners take care of him. Poor little fella.
