Hi

Are you using the same route as last year for the 47 miler and will there be soup at the end of the ride? If so, this is a ride which is well worth doing!

Of the 4 organised rides I did last year, this was by far the best.

And no, I am not linked to the club in any way! ;D

Hi there,
All routes are new for this year, the 47 miler is a little hillier than last year, the 70 is about the same and the long route has a few more hills.

With regard to the soup at the end of the ride which went down so well last year - that will definately be making a reappearance as will the high standard of syupport at all feed stops.
I will post more info as and when it becomes available.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the YACF massive - our club rode the 77 mile route of the Challenge ride today as our Good Friday ride. I can confirm that it is a cracking ride worthy of the term "Challenge".
Hopefully thuogh, there will be a little less snow on the tops around Matlock by June!!

To all interested parties...I have now ridden both the medium and short routes. They are both crackers. The long route is most definately for the hardnuts though.
If you want a good challenge then give it a go..
