My train situation just gets worse, this one goes to Middlesbrough   

Riding from there, I’ll be there this evening sometime I guess. I’m 6 foot with a mullet, come say hello if you see me

Because it is more roomy and comfortable I shall be driving up in my old faithful W reg Honda Accord. Also I am picking up an old friend of mine who has just undergone a major operation and for the first time in 40 years he cannot ride to the rally. Got chairs, gas and tea bags to entertain visitors so look me up.

We've retired to bed after barakta reached her generator noise tolerance. Will see how we feel in the morning about being ready for the official Naburn ride at 9:30. Otherwise I expect there will be a splinter group respecting tradition in the evening.

Naburn ride is going well: We're at the café but half the group seem to have missed the turn and gone shooting of into the outer solar system. I'm guessing that cycleman lead them astray

I'm about to head to York, later than planned hoped following a luggage malfunction and resulting change of bike.  Is there a yacf area I should look for to pitch my tent?

Deano's heading in that direction to see what's occurring and CrinklyAuntie, CrinklyUncle and m'niblings are over at the racecourse I believe. I'm struggling (especially since I'm now nearly 4 weeks into a ridiculous bout of sinusitus) with the idea of heading out into the heat tbh. Are ppl around or riding this evening? I'll have a better chance of not melting then, maybe...

Barakta and I have already been to Naburn today , so we're thinking if there's a traditional pubbe ride at 6 we might just escort them as far as the Sun, perform an orbital slingshot manoeuvre, and loop back to the rally...
