I work for Openreach, primarily as a Broadband fettler, due to the current 'all hands to the pumps' situation.  Never would have predicted that after getting rid of 17,000 skilled staff  ::-)

I'm supposed to be a Trainer/Coach .

Technical know-it-all for a company which designs and installs control and audio-visual systems into the homes of the uber-wealthy. Handle most of the system design and also software programmer for most of the control and lighting systems we install. Fun but makes you question the sanity and happiness of the rich on a daily basis
Right! What's next?

Ooooh. That sounds like a daft idea.  I am in!

I've had some dealings with a luxury manufacturer recently, it is quite a different mindset amongst the truly wealthy, isn't it?

It's not only the uber-rich.  Years ago I had an insurance round - collecting cash premiums.  I had one couple with two absolutely vicious dogs that they never let have contact with any of their friends in case the friends came back and burgled them.  Their reckoning was if their friends were able to befriend the dogs they'd be able to come back and rob them.

What a sad life.
