Title: [HAMR] The scooter boy

Does anyone know what happened to the Kamikaze scooter boy?  Was he charged?  Is he still out there lurking?

he was charged , found guilty and fined a fair amount - back of my mind it was £375 - but could well be wrong -- not sure about points on licence.

What happened? Id assumed it was just a run of the mill rta? Ie the guilty party never gets charged for anything.

Wasn't he riding uninsured,  if I remember correctly? I'm quite sure I have read that on this board, but I'm too lazy to search.
