Nineteen miles in the bag as Steve passes Clophill. (Strange how each day my first tracking point is around here).

So an Easterly direction again, weather forecast ain't brilliant by the looks of things, but it seems to bother Steve a lot less than it does most other people, me included which is a good thing. With 202 miles from yesterday, the TG WR line is not quite reached, being 34 miles adrift but there is still plenty of time for Steve.

Just looking at the UMCA spreadsheets and it appears this is the day that Steve went over 50000 miles (in his first attempt)?

That in itself is just incredible!

I think their spreadsheet is in error (or the more recent days haven't been validated). That total of 50,062 miles only sums to row 291 of the spreadsheet, corresponding to 16th October. He's done 3,000 more miles since then.

I only tend to follow your visualisation posts on here, so have not kept a track of actual mileage ridden.
