picked up a new wee bike for the grandson, paid, only to discover the headset was way too tight. 20 minutes arguing that ' they are all like that'....'they come from the factory like that'....'we never touch them'. I was having none of it, 5 members of staff, 2 lost customers, and finally the manager appears with a headset spanner and bingo, wasn't too difficult was it! Quankers!
