Strava Bulk Uploads from Garmin Connect

I have been trying to do this all day it seems.

I found two third party applications linked on the Strava support screens, but am loath to trust my 1425 activities to them without someone telling me they worked for them....

Anyone worked what what to use and how to do it please?

Another option is Tapiriik, though I've not used it much myself. https://tapiriik.com/
It is able to synchronize to some other services. eg Dropbox, which is a handy way of backing up all of your activities.
