Title: How to screen capture a Garmin GPS

There are some fancy-pants screenshots of Garmin devices in this thread (http://yacf.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=16128.15;topicseen) - how's that done, then?

...and answering my own question (why do I always post before my Google-fu ripens?):

Garmin have a little freebie called ximage which does screen captures of a connected GPS.  Get it here:
