That does have truly appalling video quality, to the extent that you do wonder about the veracity of it (and hence the Monty Pythonesque look and feel).

It does demonstrate that pissing off a cat is almost as wise as doing the same to a stray dog.  If they're feeling aggrieved enough, they're going to show those feelings.

Here's a more amusing video of cats in the snow.  I like the one who looks like it's about to dig its way through the entire snowfall. :)
