My garlic looks a little yellowed around the gills

Put garlic in last autumn and it's come up well.

Trouble is, some of the plants have quite yellowed leaves; is this just the effect of the cold weather or do I need to do something?

Ditto, so I'd also appreciate some advice. It seems to be growing vigorously but yellowing round the edges.

AFAIK this is down to repeated late frosts (mmm, this year?  Surely not!  :o)

Not a problem I don't think, garlic can, after all, survive deep winter.
It can also be down to mineral deficiencies but I suspect the extended cold weather is the answer.
It's a reverse Elvis thing.
