Gore brake cables and cf seatpost for the Moulton.

I really need a new bottom bracket for the Moulton, but I'm not sure of the spec so need to wait until I can get the current one out - once I can get the cranks off.  :-\

A 105 triple front mech to put on the Bianchi.
Merlin cycles trumping most others on price. Again.

Second attempt at mudguards for Nibs' bike. My wallet got off relatively lightly as the only other purchase was chain lubricant (oil is too short a word for a little bottle that cost 6 euros).

Another Carradice Bagman 2 in the expedition version for my Camper Longflap saddlebag.
A Marathon Plus tyre for the dog walking bike. This bike does Sustrans paths, enough said.
A folding Durano Plus tyre for my spares box.
An SRAM 11-32 cassette for the power tap wheel so it an go onto the Sabbath.
A spare set of Shimano stainless gear cables with coating.
Some of SJS's steel reinforced tyre levers. Some of my tyre levers must have gone on holiday somewhere.
Some more winter socks. Either my feet grew or my Defeet Woolie Bullies shrunk.

The base layer I wanted is sold out. This means I can keep the money for it until next autumn or buy something else instead.

Mudguards (Tortec reflectors, because I like the reflective bits).

last night, a Pashley Provence in metallic burgundy, including matching chainguard and metal mudguards

Mrs R not yet convinced it suits her, but she will probably give it a road test this afternoon

Be careful when you wash it. My On-One cardigan shrank so significantly in its first wash at 30C that its now unwearable!

Having found a paint shop, not too far away, that will do the whole shot blast/prime and paint (and not charge a fortune for it, including colour matching), I have bought some decals to go on the Fenton.

Next Jon is to actually design the seat tube decal (as no one has any!), fortunately they used Century New Gothic font, which is easy enough to match up...

An Exposure Blaze rear light, and Lezyne Micro Drive rear light.

The Lezyne is cheaper, and has an integrated USB connector for charging.  The Exposure on the other hand will last longer at a reasonable brightness, so should be more suitable for a night ride.

n+2 for bike lights. ;D

I've just bought my second Lezyne, because the first one bounced off.  It would be worth your while to source a re-usable zip tie or similar to put around the bit of the light where it clips into the bracket, to make sure yours doesn't suffer a similar fate.

They're good lights though; I've bought my second because it's the time of the year where I start bombing up and down dual carriageways at 25+mph, so it'll be running in daytime mode, in the daytime.

Eeep, tyres are expensive these days...

Just bought another rear wheel for the green Genesis - this one is going to be fixed rather than singlespeed, so at the same time I ordered a Surly 15T fixed sprocket and a 6-bolt 160mm disc rotor (and bolts) for the Genesis and an XT rear hub for Pugsley's forthcoming wheel rebuild.

a rsp tourlite rack mounted led rear light.

I fitted one of them a few weeks ago when I got sick of my Cateye LD-1100s getting knocked out of place.

If I have any criticism of them it is that they are a bit too bright.

A blue b17
Ah yes, the LBS got an 'ochre' B17 into stock yesterday.

The colour is a bit disappointing, but that's not going to stop me buying it at some point ...

I like the ochre and apple green colours but they'd make you feel sick with a blue bike.

The blue looks a bit iffy too but it's a bit different to black, plus they do the bar tape to match. However the tape is £44!!!!

The last Brooks tape I had was in the high twenties not mid forties.
