I'm not sure I do anything else that I count as a sport, although others seem to think walking/hiking comes under that category, and I do like to go for a wander in the hills and moors when I can, camping as well if possible.
Otherwise, I'm a keen reader of science-fiction, and I've got a moderately big film and TV collection on DVD, although that's not exclusively science-fiction by a long shot.
I have been a licensed radio amateur, and I've always been interested in Electronics and Computing (well since I was a single digit age old).
I've always been interested in puzzles and challenges, mathematical recreations, knots and things of that ilk.
I've got a guitar and mandolin, mainly since my father makes them, and I can play them badly, along with the tin whistle. I don't claim an expertise, but I enjoy making some sort of music, although I doubt my neighbours or anyway else in the vicinity would have a similar level of enjoyment!
Juggling is fun, and I've been making things out of modelling balloons, mainly for my five year old niece and her friends. At some stage I've got to manage to get past the dog shaped animal and distorted teddy bear level.
I'd love to be good at photography, but I'll have to live with just taking lots of shots and occasionally getting one which I like. I've got a good DSLR, and good compact camera, and a cheap and cheerful one that lives in the bottom of my pannier, just in case. I've also still got my old 35mm SLR and compact camera, but I doubt either of those is likely to see the light of day again.
Basically I'm interested in lots of things (someone once said I seemed to be interested in everything.
), but probably not an expert in anything.
