Spiritual Home.

Jem has never been there !

Just a note that it's Titanic Tap Takeover at the OT this Wednesday with the following on:
Choc & Vanilla Stout
First Class
Cherry Dark
Iceberg
Captain Smiths
Anchour
Plum Porter

Not sure if that's enough to tempt a turn to Port from TCLG to OT ? (TCLG the week after perhaps?)

I'm hoping to make where ever, but will probably by team car for a number of reasons and subject to trains....

I think we let Jem decide as the priority should be getting her to The Spiritual Home ASAP - its a wrong which needs righting pronto.  If she can make next week's ride then lets defer The Compasses for a week.  If she can't then let's stick to Plan A.

What say you all?

No pressure then!

I can do both weeks so fine for me to change but it also depends on those on the outer reaches of the empire and if that is okay for them.

Do we stop at Boss Hoggs on the way back ? ;D
That could be the ultimate selling point.

Assuming the OT is the preferred option I was wondering if the Witham peloton was interested in following me round this LONGER THAN USUAL ROUTE as I could use the miles?

Is OT the Orange Tree? As in Lower Anchor Street Orange Tree?
Those wonderful norks are never far from my thoughts, oh yeah!

Excellent

You and OD and the Lynx (if present) can swap Long Haul Trucker tales and fettling tips.

TIP #1 - If you have an expensive front light which you already know is easy to drown whilst bike washing put a plastic bag over said expensive front light before proceeding with bike washing  ::-)

You big willy.

I might need bobb's expertise regarding setting up the pesky front cantilever brake. Do those tension adjustment screws actually do anything?

Cunning... make it look a bit shorter by ending the track in Hatfield Peverel!
You are in a maze of twisty flat droves, all alike.

Unlike my much loved City Navigator BaseCamp won't do direct routing so won't agree to go up the A12.  So I gave up.

Are they still the original Ken and Barbie size or have you a new batch to fit normal sized humans?

A new order of 16 ss jerseys of assorted race fit sizes are expected to arrive very soon, hopefully well before the 9th June departure for Les Alps.
Never knowingly underfed on an Audax
