Thanks for the GWS messages OD, Gavin, Tomsk - all better now after my first negative test this morning in TWO WEEKS!

Wimping out this evening due to the storm, also I went out on Monday instead for a short ride. This evening is every bit as bad as I had expected, got drowned on the motorbike on the way home from work this evening - not nice.

I think it was the right decision - spent the evening flat-out on the sofa and have been going at half speed today. Knocked off an hour early and at least had a tailwind on the 11 miles home.

Despite the iffy forecast, lets hope for a better turn-out than last month. Time to test those full-coverage winter waterproofs!
