http://app.strava.com/activities/67597928Seems I climbed Cheddar Gorge faster than I’ve ever done it before. Perhaps because I was only on 65". I can still spin, too, got to 59kph which is just shy of 190rpm descending towards Shipham.
My ankle didn’t hurt at all. It still hurts but the range of motion required for cycling is now pain free. Go for LEL.
