And I have the makings for some really seriously major noodle soup.
Chinese mushrooms, tofu, sea vegetable (unidentified), wakame, nori, miso paste and cashews.
And some ingredients for veggie sushi to take to work, too.

Yes it is - sushi refers to the vinegared rice.
Little omelette squares? Roasted veggie bits?
