A few snowflakes amidst the drizzle, but it's not going to stick.

Now it’s snowing and starting to settle but the temperature is forecast too high for it not to melt PDQ.  Will precipitate til Friday night by which time it’ll be 8C.

Took a picture for posterity.

We started with rain, turned to sleet, then snow.  Lay for about an hour and a half, now turned to slush but looking increasingly icy.

It's not snowing - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c2qewvnn5rko

Flintshire council decided yesterday to close all schools today die to predicted snow. It didn't snow at all, and now parents are angry.

Sleety snow stopped here about an hour ago. Just barely a centimetre on parts of the ground.

Been snowing in our bit of the N. Pennines since about 9am.
Somewhat half-hearted, but beginning to accumulate now, and visibility on higher roads getting poor.
Due to stop sometime tomorrow...

It started snowing halfway through the first lesson this morning. The kids were so engrossed in their stop motion animation work that they *didn't* run to the windows, shout, make a fuss, get distracted etc and many of them didn't even notice! And second lesson the next class came in high as kites and somewhat soggy, and then got interested enough in binary and game states that they settled down and just got on with the lesson.

Weird!

Rain seems to have been falling all night and still falling. If it had fallen as snow as originally forecast it’d be pretty deep.

The promised snow in the Leicester area never happened - falling as rain.  The local river level gauge is 'High' and still rising.  We also have more rain forecast today so I am expecting the return of the floods.  Must remember to check that they don't impact the weekend's club rides.

There's still snow here, despite the stuff falling being liquid. 230m ASL

We have snow in deepest Gloucestershire. Won’t last, though.
It is simpler than it looks.

Some of my friends have packed from the March Madness audax they were riding. One, after his chain and cassette frozen.  It heads its way into the Forest of Dean, which is pretty high up.

I didn't even get that far. Had planned to ride to the start, got as far as the road outside my house and realised it would be silly to ride in those conditions. It might have been better in the lowlands of Tewkesbury, but I am fairly high up and would have another lump to get over before reaching the start.

Snow in east Bristol but less in the western and central regions. None in south Bristol. All gone now, it's been raining solidly all morning.
