It really is bad. I persisted in the hope that there would be an "any other comments"-type box at the end. There was, fortunately, so I told them what I thought of their survey.

Yes, I finished it, but they got quite a few bollockings for being unclear, and far too wordy and urban-centric on the way. Not sure they'll like my answers very much.

thoughts:

2nd home owners aren't likely to be tempted by increased bus availability

would preventing people parking in towns (aka obligatory park'n'ride) make a difference - bus village to town vs drive to p'n'r and then bus to town?

it's a hard decline to reverse
