That'd be the reconstructed Mathew in the third photo? Never actually seen it.

Yes it is - I was living nearby while it was being built and sometimes detoured my commute around the yard.  She's tiny for a seagoing boat: Cabot et al must have had balls of brass.

For safety and modern-seaworthiness reasons, the reproduction has a small prop motor and a radio; it's very weird to see her maneouvering up and down the Floating Harbour without apparent means of propulsion. 
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.
