Somebody up there is determined to stop me audaxing. First ride of the season for me was postponed due to Beast from the East a few weeks ago.  Second ride I entered postponed due to conditions today.

I think organizers are being sensible here. Im sure a few die hards would have walked to the start on snowshoes carrying bikes on their shoulders , frozen snot icicles hanging off their beards but for us mere mortals its a no go.
