There are the ISM ones which look different. Brian at TWMP is testing one at the moment and he says it's very comfortable. Might be worth dropping him an email for his opinion.

The ISM one is called the Adamo, there are several variants and they're popular with triathletes and testers. There are plenty on fleabay and you can also get them off the relevant forums, so slowtwitch, timetriallingforum etc.
