Not as far as I can remember; it's been a long time since I had Cointreau.
The vodka is less ~~sickly~~ sweet and more bitter, more orange.
Having said that, I wouldn't like to drink a pint of it.
It's not a brown drink

We are quite well equipped for this Christmas. I will also later be having some of the Yamazaki which Phil bought me for my birthday. Mr L's noted indifference to the stuff notwithstanding, I really like it.

I've had a sherry and a pint of London Pride, which was enough for me to fall asleep after 20 minutes of HIGNFY on Iplayer, which was a shame: I think the past 2 programmes have been amongst the funniest for ages. I woke up and watched the last 10 minutes.

I must now find a recording of Piers Morgan at the Leveson enquiry.

Mulled beer, ie St Peter's Best Bitter (that's the "organic" one in the pretty, green, oval bottles, they had it 20% off in Waitrose, don't you know, darlink) heated with five cloves per mugfull and a dash of honey.
