Maui Big Swell IPA that I smuggled in from Japan. Marvellous. Will probably have to go to Hawaii to get more though. Worse things have happened.

Before that: Scottish Craft Lager from M&S (it's closer than Japan). I wasn't expecting much but it was really rather nice too.

Reminds me, last Sunday I was at Oktoberfest, swilling the usual Bavarian staples, along with Hitachino Nest Beer. It's got a owl on the glass. A really cool owl. And it gets cooler the more you drink.

Had a pint of that Boondoggle a couple of Wednesday Nighte Pubbe Ridees ago. It didn't cost much more than that in the pub - community pub FTW! (village hall, volunteer bar staff, etc)
